Canyonlands: Like the Grand Canyon, Only Bigger

Theresa stands above Shafer Canyon in Canyonlands

Canyonlands National Park is like the Grand Canyon, only bigger but not as deep.  Canyonlands was carved by the confluence of two major rivers: the Colorado River on its way down to cut the Grand Canyon, and the Green River which joins up with the Colorado River in this park.  Please check out our Canyonlands photo tour.
